Ella & Tom Wedding Demo
A demonstration wedding website for JBH Weddings, with RSVPs, a guest photo hunt and a live gallery
The problem
Couples considering a wedding website wanted to see exactly what their guests would get before committing, and features like a live photo gallery are hard to picture from a description alone.
What I built
A fully working sample wedding site for an invented couple: countdown, story, running order, travel and accommodation pages, an RSVP form with plus-ones and dietary requirements, and a photo hunt where guests scan a QR code, get their own photo missions and upload straight to a live gallery shown on the big screen.
The result
Couples can click through a real, working site rather than a mock-up, and see the guest photo hunt and live gallery in action before they book.
- Photo hunt with per-guest missions, a leaderboard and a live big-screen gallery
- Printable QR code so guests can join from their own phones, with no app or account
- RSVP form handling plus-ones and dietary requirements
- Photo booth images feed into the same live gallery
Ella and Tom are invented. Everything else on the demo is real and working.
