Three-part custom platform: member portal, public storefront, and Discord bot
The problem
The community ran across three disconnected surfaces: a Discord server, a storefront, and manually managed member records, with no shared source of truth, meaning role changes, promotions and orders had to be updated by hand in multiple places.
What I built
A fully custom platform built from scratch: a member portal handling roster and promotion workflows, a public storefront with member-only pricing, and a Discord bot for role sync and live chat, all three sharing a single PostgreSQL database.
The result
Role changes, promotions and store access now stay in sync automatically across Discord, the portal and the storefront, removing the manual admin work that came with keeping three systems aligned by hand.
